WestOak offers state of the art manufacturing facilities to meet customer’s needs. We have capabilities in prototype development, high mix – low volume production, higher production runs, SMT, and through hole assembly.

Our quality management system offers assurance of an accurately produced product every time. We work closely with customers to design and implement specific testing requirements before the product leaves our facility.

Cabling and Box Builds

WestOak has a comprehensive range of cable and wire harness product capabilities from cut and stripped wire, complex wire harnesses, ribbon cables, IDC, RF coaxial, multi-conductor (shielded and non-shielded) for commercial and industrial requirements.

WestOak's capabilities include complete box builds for customers. We can provide the customer with a completed product that is fully tested and ready for inclusion in their OEM product.

Inventory Control and Traceability

Our purchasing team works with all our suppliers to find the best prices and delivery schedule. We review bills of material to offer alternative parts. We maintain our inventory on a perpetual basis and will obtain parts based on customers delivery needs.

We also have consigned inventory services that offer customers peace of mind that hard to find parts will be available to meet their production needs.

Solar

Solar power is the conversion of energy from sunlight into electricity, either directly using photovoltaics (PV), indirectly using concentrated solar power, or a combination thereof. Concentrated solar power systems use lenses or mirrors and tracking systems to focus a large area of sunlight into a small beam. Photovoltaic cells convert light into an electric current using the photovoltaic effect. In a world ever conscious on the long term need to support alternative and environmentally friendly energy systems, WestOak plays a key role in the supply of PCBA’s that ultimately get installed across multiple Solar based system applications.

Core equipment

Our 14,000 sq ft facility is efficiently laid out into two full SMT lines and a Through-Hole Production area supported by a Wave Solder System. AOI systems are strategically located for First Article and In-Process Inspections. Inspection and Testing is equipped with various rework and imaging systems.
