REQUEST A QUOTE
Send us the drawings. We'll route it from there.
Every quote is owned end to end by one person, so you are never re-explaining your program to a new voice. You get an acknowledgement inside one business day — including an honest no if we are not the right shop for it.

QUOTE REQUEST
Six fields. Then it's on Cale's bench.
The trace on the left is the signal path from your desk to ours. It advances as you fill each field, and it stalls at any gap — same as a real route. When it reaches the pad at the bottom, the request is ready to send.
BEFORE YOU SEND
What gets you a real number fastest
You do not need all of this to start a conversation. You do need most of it before anyone can quote a price they will stand behind — so if you have it, send it with the request and skip a round trip.
SEND WITH THE RFQ
The quote is guesswork without these.
Gerbers or fabrication drawings
Whatever revision you are working from
Bill of materials
With approved manufacturer part numbers, not just descriptions
Assembly drawings or work instructions
Including anything non-obvious about orientation or torque
Quantities
Prototype, first production run, and an annual estimate
Target dates
When you need first article and when you need production
HELPFUL, NOT REQUIRED
These change the price. Better to know early than late.
Workmanship class
IPC-A-610 Class 2 or Class 3 — Class 3 changes the whole build
Test requirements
ATP, functional test spec, or who supplies the fixture
Customer-supplied or consigned material
What you are providing and when it arrives
Certifications the program requires
AS9100, ITAR, and anything flowed down from your company
Current supplier and why you are moving
Cost, quality, capacity, or lead time — it tells us where to focus
AFTER YOU HIT SEND
What happens, and when
01
Acknowledged
A person confirms we have it, tells you who owns it, and asks for anything missing from the file set.
1 Business Day
02
Bid / no-bid
We screen it against capacity, capability and schedule. If we are not the right shop we say so early rather than sitting on it.
Same Acknowledgment
03
Quote
Straightforward builds come back fastest. Programs with tooling, long-lead parts or a new certification take longer because they involve more of the floor.
3-12 Business Days
04
First Article
New builds go through NPI and first-article review before production. Expect a normal learning curve on a new assembly — we would rather tell you that than pretend otherwise.
By Program
WHERE WE ARE
Two Oklahoma facilities, 30,000 square feet
No offshore step in the assembly process and no third-party site you have never heard of. A floor walk answers more questions than a capability deck.
